To this day I can’t remember how we landed in this place, all I can remember is the fact that were very hungry.
So, ladies and gents, I present to you signore Alessandro Fioravanti!
I never heard before of porchetta, but it was looking great and outside was a line (for me is always a good sign for good food), so we stopped.
While waiting for my food I couldn’t ignore the picture on the wall so I asked if it was him in the picture: “it is my father, we are doing this for five generations” he told me.
So for our last 4 days we went to signore Alessandro, he was preparing the porchetta and I was taking pictures. The last day was special because we did the same pose of his father. (He doesn’t know just yet, but something is on it’s way - i’ll let you guys know what soon)
If you go to Rome, you should go visit him at @erbuchetto , he will greet you with a large smile, kind look and great food. For us was one of the best experiences in Rome and maybe in Europe.

Nu-mi amintesc cum am ajuns în acest loc. Tot ce-mi amintesc este că ne era tare foame. Așa că, dragi privitori, vi-l prezint pe signor Alessandro Fioravanti!
Nu am auzit niciodată de porchetta, dar având în vedere că era coadă în față (mereu un semn bun pentru mine) și că arăta atât de bine, nu aveam cum să nu ne oprim.
În timp ce așteptam mâncarea, nu aveam cum să nu observ imaginile de pe pereți. L-am întrebat dacă este el cel care apare în portrete. Mi-a spus că este tatăl său și că fac prochetta de cinci generații.
Ne-a plăcut atât de mult, încât toate celelalte patru zile rămase ne-am întors să mâncăm acolo, dar și să fac câteva fotografii. Ultima zi a fost marcată de un cadru special, am recreat tabloul tatălui său, lucru pe care încă nu îl știe, dar cum i-am pregătit o surpriză, sigur se va bucura!
Dacă ajungeți la Roma, nu trebuie să ratați @erbuchetto, vă va întâmpina cu un zâmbet larg, o privire blândă și mâncare delicioasă. A fost una dintre cele mai impresionante experiențe din Roma, poate chiar din Europa.
